Bob has been off the last two days which is a great time for our family. Daddy has to work b/c that's what men have to do right??? Therefore when daddy is off work and gets to be with us we usually soaked it all up, we love daddy being home with us. Yesterday we had a pretty normal day we relaxed around the house and took the kids on a mile walk. We recently found a small dog, that Brady named "Brownie" to accompany our big chocolate lab named "Duke". Both of these dogs joined us on our walk. We enjoy going on family walks to take in God's creation together. Our children also enjoy being outdoors. Yesterday Brady put all his skating gear on and took the skateboard along, although he didn't make it very far and decided to put the skateboard in the stroller and walk.
After our walk we came home and cooled off in the nice air conditioning and laid around and relaxed.
Today should be another relaxing day, Daddy will be home with us again!!! Currently Brady and daddy are at swimming lessons. Brady began swimming lessons yesterday which I am very excited about. Like any kid Brady thinks he can already swim, no matter what we tell him, he thinks he knows everything already. I feel swim lessons will help him realize there is more to swimming than just flopping your body around and splashing, he will learn actual strokes... He takes them for two weeks than our little two year old begins her swim lessons with the company of mommy at her side.
