These past couple of months we have not had a shortage on snow in the state of Missouri. Before the first snow I was more than ready for the snow to go away, but not my children. Although I have not enjoyed the cold and the constant wetness, I have enjoyed seeing the happiness in my kids and the smiles on their faces when they see the white stuff. During the first couple of snows we played with the kids outside making a snowman, having a snowball fight, taking a ride in daddy's jeep, and making our fair share of snow ice cream.
